Agenda for Wellbeing Implementation Day
Designed exclusively for black or brown neurodivergent and disabled entrepreneurs to helping you to implement your wellbeing plan with ease
Our uniquely structured Wellness Day is tailored to guide you from intention to action, transforming daily challenges into opportunities for growth with each session.

Beginning the day with a compelling discussion on the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals, including burnout, chronic fatigue, and co-occurring conditions. Set actionable intentions to address these challenges throughout the day.

Join Tumi Sotire for an inspiring session where he shares his journey and provides practical strategies for living beyond limits. This session is designed to help neurodivergent individuals leverage their unique strengths and navigate challenges effectively.

Explore techniques for emotional regulation, coping with anxiety and depression, and fostering a positive emotional state.

Take a moment to reflect and recalibrate, ensuring participants are mentally and emotionally prepared for the next session.

Join our panel as they discuss strategies to achieve financial wellness tailored specifically for neurodivergent individuals, including those with dyscalculia. Learn how to manage your finances effectively, create multiple income streams, and navigate financial challenges.

Pause to check in on your well-being, practise mindfulness, and recharge.

Join our Dyslexic Yoga Instructor for a session focused on practical wellness through yoga. Learn easy yoga poses to decompress and ways to lower stress in 60 seconds or less, even if you face challenges with fine and gross motor tasks due to dyspraxia or co-occurring conditions.
Note: Please have an empty stomach while doing yoga to avoid nausea

Another opportunity to reflect on your well-being and prepare for the next session.

Join our Dyspraxic and Dyslexic Chef to learn how to prepare a nutritious meal in less than 20 minutes with a cultural twist and a healthy spin. Given that neurodivergent individuals are often more prone to fatigue and health challenges, this session will offer practical cooking tips that accommodate limited energy and resources. Statistics show that 70% of neurodivergent individuals experience significant fatigue and health issues. This session is designed to address these challenges, providing easy and quick meal solutions to support overall well-being.

Key takeaways, reflection on the day's progress, and plan your next steps.
