Join our Dyslexic Yoga Instructor for a session focused on practical wellness through yoga. Learn easy yoga poses to decompress and ways to lower stress in 60 seconds or less, even if you face challenges with fine and gross motor tasks due to dyspraxia or co-occurring conditions.

Note: Please have an empty stomach while doing yoga to avoid nausea

Given that neurodivergent individuals are often more prone to fatigue and health challenges, this session will offer practical cooking tips that accommodate limited energy and resources. This session is designed to address these challenges, providing easy and quick meal solutions to support overall well-being.
