What if I am unable to attend each session?

The pre-business programme is designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to start your own business. However, we understand that it’s not always possible to attend every session but we do we require a 90% attendance rate. If you can’t make it to a session, don’t worry – you can catch up on the material online. We’ll also be happy to answer any questions you have. The important thing is that you keep moving forward with your business plans. We’re here to support you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help. Please email hello@thediversecreative.org at least 24 hours before the session so we can make sure we update our records.

Do you take equity in my business?

We do not take equity in your business other accelerators charge, but we know the systematic challenges of being disabled, black and brown.

We instead fund this program thanks to our allies who help pay for the delivery cost to help you begin to achieve the ambition you aspire to. And that is why we have a pay it forward deceleration that we ask you to sign, which helps your success be the success of future entrepreneurs. Because of this, competition for a place at NYAE is fierce, and we want to support the most ambitious entrepreneurs.
